In his resolve towards providing stability and continuity in the administrative structure of the Ogun State government, particularly In the Ministries, Department and Agencies ofthe state, the Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has approved the appointment ofteo new Permanent Secretaries in the public service of the state.
The new Permanent Secretaries whose appointments were made to fill the two existing vacancies created by virtues of the retirement of the erstwhile Permanet Secretaries of the Bureau of Local Government Pension and the Bureau of government House and general services, are Engineer Muritala Alabi Adekunle Director GL 17 civil from the Ministry of Rural Development and Engineer Olufisan Ayodele Osiyale ,Director HAPPS 17 from the Ogun State local government service commission.
According to a statement by the Head of Service, Mr. Peter Kolawole Fagboun Prior to the appointment, Engineer Alabi Adekunle was the Project coordinator of the Ogun State Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project , Ogun RAAMP domiciled in the Ogun State Ministry of Rural Development and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree ( Civil from the University of ilorin,Kwara state in 1995,Masters in Environmental Managememt from the University of Ado-Ekiti ,now Ekiti State University in 2005 and Masters In Project Management from the University of Lagos in 2016.
Engineer Olufisan Osiyale was the Director of Works and Housing , Ado- Odo Ota Local government and holds a Bsc. Hons in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University in September 1989 and Postgraduate Diploma in Local government studies from the same University in May 2017.
Both appointees are registered members of COREN and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE)
