Kelechi Iheanacho was on target as Leicester City won their first game since the restart of the English Premier League.

The Foxes defeated Crystal Palace 3-0 at the King Power Stadium with Iheanacho opening scoring with a tap in from six yards for Brendan Rodgers’ side.

Jamie Vardy scored his 100th and 101st Premier League goal to complete a fine afternoon for the former champions who are chasing a spot in next season’s UEFA Champions League.

They have tightened their grip on the third spot with 55 points, one ahead of 4th place Manchester United who thrashed Bournemouth 5-2 at Old Trafford.

Later tonight, Chelsea could return to number 4 if they get a victory at Stamford Bridge against Watford
