In fulfillment of the promise to implement the payment of incremental in September, the Ogun State government has commenced the payment of new salary to beneficiaries of the 2021 promotion exercise.
The 2021 and 2023 portion letters were earlier released to deserving civil and public servants of the state in August, 2023 with the assurance that the implementation of 2021 will take effect from September while that of 2022 will be implemented in December.
A statement by the Head of Service, Mr. Kolawole Fagboun said the implementation which represents government’s demonstration of enhancing the welfare of the public service and ensuring the health and well being of her workforce further complements governments efforts in the ” Building Our Futire Together “, agenda of the Ogun State government.
Civil and Public Servants in the state are therfore enjoined to reciprocate the kind gesture at enhancing the quality of its workforce by being more dedicated to their duties, playing their ropes and performing their duties conscientiously.
