The Presidency on Sunday said that the $311 million dollars looted by the late former Military Head of State, General Sanni Abacha which was repatriated to the country were paid directly to the
contractractors for various jobs executed for the government.
The Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Public Affairs, Mr. Ajuri Ngelale made this known on Sunday at a town Hall meeting.
