The Public Private Partnership agenda of the present administration in the state on Tuesday received a boost as Metal Recycling Industries Ltd(MRI) is set to embark on series of Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR, programs for communities within and outside its jurisdiction
The Chairman of the company in the country, mr Hari Agrawal who made this known in an interview with newsmen shortly after their meeting with the Ogun State Governor at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, said that the company was prepared to give back not only to it’s host community but also to other communities in the state.
Mr Agrawal who noted that the reason behind the decision of the company to expand its corporate social responsibility was to make the people of it’s host community and the state benefit immenaely from their presence, adding that the move would also motivate the people of the host communities to partner with them to make the project a success.
Commending the infrastructural development across the state, mr agrawal stated that the present administration had been of immeasurable help to industries in the state.
