In continuation of the ongoing promotion exercise in the Ogun State Civil Service, the Chairman of the State Civil Service Commission, Engr. Tokunbo Odebunmi, has expressed satisfaction with the commitment of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to the exercise .
Chief Odebunmi made this known while speaking with OGIS correspondent in Abeokuta, during the promotion interview for clerical officers considered for upgrading to higher cadres, revealing that over 9000 civil servants were expected to partake in the exercise.
The Chairman noted that letters of promotion would be ready for collection as soon as the assessment by MDAs have been moderated upon by the Commission, saying ’’some have been enjoying their promotion, particularly those in the Superintendent cadre, among others have received their letters’’.
