Children as the future leaders need to be well trained and protected to ensure that nothing truncate their future.
In this regard, parents and guardians have a great role to play to reduce child abuse and molestation in the society.
A lecturer at the Federal College of Education, Abeokuta, Dr Oluwaremilekun Oni gave the advice in an interview with OGBC correspondent Nurat Yusuf in Abeokuta.
Dr Oni who is a member of the Gender Development Initiative, GENDI, harped on the need for male and female parents to work in synergy towards raising their children especially the girl child.
