The Federal and Ogun State Governments have been told to interface to find palliative measures for the residents of Agbado/Oke Aro and Itoki areas as the ongoing railway project has made it difficult for smooth movement in the areas.

The Speaker, The Right Honourable Olakunle Oluomo made the appeal at the plenary following complaints by the minority leader, areas sinceĀ  the commencement of work on rail project.

According to Mr Speaker, citizen in the state, the project us to the benefit of the people but should not subjects residents in the area to difficulties in movement and their daily activities.

The right Honourable Oluomo also urged the federal ministry of transport to provide temporal passage/pedestrian budges in the axis for the conference of the people while the project lasts.

Lobby correspondent, Dele Ogunleye report that earlier while speaking under personal explanation on the floor, the lawmaker representing IFO 2 state constituency had brought to the notice of the house difficulty in movement of the people in Agbado/Oke Aro due to the ongoing project.

Assemblyman Oyedeji however called for speedy completion of the rail project to enhance economic activities of his people.
