Corps member deployed to the State have been admonished to comport themselves in ways that will endear them to the people.
They were also charged to leave a positive landmarks in their various communities for others coming after them to emulate.
The Ogun State coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Mrs. Belinda Faniyi gave the charge in a welcome address at the 2019 Batch C Stream 1 closing ceremony of the 3 weeks orientation course.
According to her, a total number of 437 out of the 2,273 corp members were mobilized to the State on health and marital grounds.
Mrs Faniyi in her charge urged the corp members to use their Entrepreneurship, Professional and Skills Acquisition Trainings to improve the lives of the people and community they have been posted to.
While expressing gratitude to the State Government under the administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun for various ongoing renovation works at the orientation camp, Mrs. Faniyi appealed to the Governor to take a step towards the payment of near corp members allowance.
