Governor Dapo Abiodun has extolled the virtues of the late industrialist,Olootu OgoOluwa Bankole,describing him as a man of many parts.
Represented by his Deputy, Engineer Noimot Salako-Oyedele at the Christian wake for Olootu Bankole held on Thursday at Ibara Housing Estate, Abeokuta, Governor Abiodun expressed delight that the deceased businessman impacted many lives and made marks in his lifetime, praying God to repose his soul.
He expressed his condolences to the family and friends of the late Chief whom according to him would be missed by all.
In an exhortation entitled ,” two paths of life”, the Cathedral Provost of The African Church, Ita Iyalode, Abeokuta, Venerable Solomon Ajakaye said the paths of righteousness and wickedness are available for an individual to follow,urging all to choose good above evil as death is inevitable.
While noting that since God does not reveal to any human beings when, where and how they will die, it is important that people live well to fulfil the will of their creator, the cleric added that Olootu Bankole touched lives in his life journey.#
