EULOGIES AS CHIEF MOSES AKINMADE IS BURIED IN IDANRE, ONDO STATE

The father of the Special Adviser to the Governor of Ogun State, late Chief Moses Akinmade has been described as a peaceful and devout christian who left a good legacy for his children.

The Ogun State Head of Service, Mr Kehinde Onasanya made this known while delivering a goodwill message at the burial service of Chief Akinmade at the First Baptist Church, Idode, Idanre, Ondo State.

Mr. Onasanya congratulated the children for outliving their father and charged them to keep the flag flying by upholding the good legacies their father left behind.

Also, the Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa represented by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Ebenezer Adeniyan said the son of the deceased, Hon. Kayode Akinmade is a pillar to his administration before and after his election commending him for his steadfastness and his believe in the administration, a trait he said he took from his late father, adding that he is a good ambassador of the State in Ogun.

Earlier, the preacher, Rev’d Samson Odeyinka who titled his sermon ” What will you leave behind in this life of vanity” with reference from the book of 1 Timothy chapter 6 and verses 6 to 10 said since no man brought nothing to this world, it’s expected that nothing would be taken back when the time to return to the creator comes.

He urged everyone to use his acquired wealth on earth for the transformation of his community, society, the needy and the nation at large citing the example of Tabithar in the book of Acts chapter 9 and verse 36 to 39.

Hon. Akinmade while responding thanked the people for the show of love in standing with the family to give their late father a befitting burial.

The remains of late Chief Moses Akinmade was later laid to rest at the church graveyard.

People from all walks of life which include former governor of the State, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, serving and past members of national assembly from Ondo State, political stalwarts, media icons and top civil servants from both Ondo and Ogun State were in attendance in the church.
