The need for government establishments to invest in human capital development has returned to the fore.
According to the Special Adviser to the Governor on Information, Mrs Modele Sarafa-Yusuf, the step will enhance high productivity apart from making the workers have a sense of belonging.
The Special Adviser who passed this across during a visit to the Nation’s Model Station, OGBC also posited that a well trained worker is equipped for excellent performance.
While assuring that the new administration in Ogun State will do the needful to re-position the state, the Special Adviser also harped on the need for an improvement in news and programmes content of the station.

In his remark, the General Manager, Mr Diji Akinhanmi expressed optimism that the station will perform better if needed equipment are provided.
The Chief Press Secretary Mr Kunle Somorin, the Consultant to the Governor on Media, Mrs Yinka Ogundimu and the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Information and Strategy, Mr Abiodun Awere were on the entourage of the Special Adviser.
