The Ogun State governor Prince Dapo Abiodun this Monday was appointed as the Chairman of the Southern Governor’s Forum while the Governor of Anambra State, Professor Charles Soludo emerged his Deputy
Making the announcement after the meeting attended by members of the forum from across the Southern States held at the Presidential Lodge, ibara, Abeokuta, the lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu said the governors at the end of their meeting unanimously appointed Governor Dapo Abiodun as its Chairman while Professor Charles Soludo was appointed as his Deputy
Ìn his acceptance speech, Governor Abiodun, thanked his colleagues for the honour done on him, promising that he would not renege on the confidence reposed in him by making the region more virile
He pledged that he would ensure a new and repositioned Southern governor’s Forum
