The governor Prince Dapo Abiodun has been commended for the infrastructural development of the state since assumption of office.
The Minority leader of the Ogun state House of Assembly, Assemblyman Lookman Adeleye who noted efforts of the governor during chat with OGBC in Abeokuta,said the number one citizen of the state has ensured dividends of democracy gone round the state as well as allocation of huge budget for more development in 2024.
The lawmaker representing Odogbolu state constituency noted that members of the 10th assembly have resolved to synergize with the state government in making various state constituencies enjoy government presence including making laws and resolutions that will be impactful on the people.
Assemblyman Adeleye pointed out that the successes recorded by the house in passing of various bills including six months maternity leave for nursing mothers,will be pursued this year as it will look into domesticating some bills passed by the National Assembly such those on corporate social responsibility bills,consumer protection board among others.
He informed that the present leadership in the house and the entire members of the state assembly will work together for the growth of the state.
