SOCIAL INVESTMENT: OGUN TO EMPLOY 40,000 INDEGENES.

The Ogun State governor,  Prince Dapo Abiodun, says that no fewer than 40,000 indigenes of the state would be employed under the social investment programmes that he recently put in place by Executive Order.

Governor Abiodun who made this known at ota in Ado-Odo Ota local government said the social investment programme would also allow the state government to put money in the pocket of the elderly and vulnerables.

Mr Governor explained that his administration is determined to continue to make life more meaningful for the people, informing that government has put the necessary policies and programs in place in making the state the destination of investment in the country

While asauring that his administration remained committed to the upliftment of culture and tradition, the governor added that his administration has also continued to use culture and tradition to promote the identity of the state.
