GOVERNOR ABIODUN INAUGURATES 2.4 KLM OKE- OLA ROAD, IMEKO AFON

The Ogun State Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun this midweek inaugurated a 2.4 kilometre Oke-ola road, Imeko-afon in Imeko-afon Local government with a promise to evenly distribute infrastructural amenities across the state

Inaugurating the road, governor Abiodun said the current administration in the last three years and few months has reconstructed 400 kilometre roads in the state, assuring that government would not develop a section of the state at the detriment of others

The governor who commended the residents of imeko-afon for their support to the current administration said the road was reconstructed to enhance the movement of the people and boost the agricultural economy of the town and the state general

Describing the event as symbolic infulfilment of the ISEYA mantra of the current administration towards the development of the state, the governor posited that government would continue to reconstruct roads according to its economic importance to the people of the state

The governor who was overwhelmed informed that in the last fifteen years no road has been constructed in imeko-afon township adding that achieving this is a testimony that the current administration is committed in improving on the lot of the people of the state

Calling on the stakeholders to partner the government in its stride of rebranding the socio-economic status of the state , mr governor assured that government would ensure that ogun west senatorial district would be given a priority being the industrial hub of the nation
