Governor Abiodun gave the charge on Sunday at the Synod thanksgiving service for the third session of the fourth synod and investiture of diocesan distinguished fellow and royal fellow with a theme lift up your eyes held at the saint Barnabas Anglican Church, Okun-Owa in Odogbolu local government area of the state
Speaking on the theme of the Synod, the governor who acknowledged that the nation is currently going through a challenging period, urged the citizens to be hopeful in God as every problem has a solution
While promising to be inclusive, responsive, just and equitable, the number one citizen of the state reassured the people of the state that he would continue to adopt a system of government that will be of immense benefits to the state in line with the iseya mantra agenda of the current administration
The Bishop of Irele/Ese Odo Diocese, Ondo State, the Right Reverend Joshua Iyinlola in a sermon charged the people not to sell their Vote but to Vote according to their conscience, stressing that selling of Vote is equivalent to mortgaging their future
