Dino Sporting Club were too much for Iganmu United as they registered their first win of the creative Championship league season with a 2-0 win over Iganmu United over the weekend at the Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode
Elijah Adekunle broke the deadlock in the 55th minute, while Hyacinth Ogonna put the icing on the cake three minutes later with a fantastic finish.
After consecutive losses to Dannaz FC and Beyond Limit FC, Dino SC had the full compliment of their players who missed the previous games due to holidays.
They however reigned supreme against Iganmu United in a game they controlled for most part.
At the end of the game, head coach of Dino SC Godwin Gibson shared his thoughts.
He said “It’s very good to return to winning ways after a very bar start, we talked to ourselves, we went back to see what our mistakes have been and it’s a thing of joy that we won today”
He expressed delight at the manner at which his boys responded with a victory
