Governor Dapo Abiodun this Friday came up with this at the opening of the 1st session of the 4th Synod of the Diocese of Awori, Anglican Communion, held Saint Timothy’s Anglican church, Sango Otta.
Pointing out that the theme of the Synod: “Where are the Prophets?” is apt, he submitted that the love of God should be extended to all, through inspirational and motivational sermons by Clergymen.
Speaking on governance in the state, Prince Abiodun,
Represented by his Deputy, Engineer Noimot Salako-Oyedele, said he is committed to a focused and qualitative government towards creating a conducive environment for individual prosperity and continued development of the state.
Stating that Ado- Odo Otta Council area is the financial basket of the Gateway state, he said the infrastructural development of the area as well as other parts of the state is key to the Socio- economic development of the state.
Earlier, the Diocesan Bishop of Awori, the Right Reverend Akin Atere charged Christian leaders to live exemplary life.
While saluting the current administration for being proactive in the provision of amenities, the Clergyman to pay more attention to the deplorable condition of roads as most of them have been abandoned for too long a time.
