The Nigerian Entertainment Industry has continued to grow in leap and bounds, and has now become the toast of many foreigners.
Speaking with OGBC correspondent, Rotimi Agbe-Davies in a telephone tnterview from his base in the United States of America, Veteran Nigerian singer, MIKE OKRI, explained that the music industry in the country has come of age. MIKE OKRI who made waves in the 80’s releasing hit songs like ‘OMOGE’, ‘TIME NAH MONEY’, among others, however said there is room for improvement.

The Veteran musician who ruled the airwaves wayback then with the likes of ONYEKA ONWENU, the late CHRISTY ESSIEN-IGBOKWE, ALEX ZITTO, the late SONNY OKOSUNS, and ALEX ‘O’ relocated to America many years ago, a decision he said was personal.
MIKE OKRI while baring his mind on the recent death of veteran Nigerian raggae icon, MAJEK FASHEK, in the United States Of America, described the News as shocking, adding that the Nigerian music community in America is like one big family.
