Women should not allow structural a and socio-cultural barriers to prevent them from active politics.
This is central to having an inclusive government where women can be adequately represented.
The Commissioner for Women Affairs Mrs Olufunmilayo Efuwape came up with these while featuring on OGBC Morning Flight this Friday.
According to her, the time has come for women to all supporting themselves adding that bickering, hatred, discrimination and envy against women occupying political leadership posts are often encouraged by fellow women.
Mrs Efuwape who informed that the government is putting up various support programmes for market women and children assured of more developmental programmes for the women folk in the state.
