The Nation’s Workforce will continue to be an integral part of the development of the Country.
A former Head of Services in Ogun State, Surveyor Godwin Ogun said this while featuring on OGBC morning flight this midweek.
According to him, the Workforce has a rich history of being very high in the western part of the Country, nothing that dedication to duties; loyalty and contentment have always been the hallmarks of the Workforce.
Urging the current Government workers to guard against indiscipline the former Head of Service also advised them to be passionate about their work just as he harped on professionalism towards excellent services delivery.
While making case for a conducive work environment, Surveyor Ogun noted that a system-driven atmosphere creates an avenue to work in tandem with the rule of engagement adding that the system will be negatively affected if people are not productive passionate.
