Commuters plying the Abeokuta/Sango-Ota dual carriage way who usually have a hectic time driving on the road because of potholes which cause endless gridlock can now heave a sigh of relief.
Motorists expressed delight over the palliative measures being carried out on the roads by the administration of prince Dapo Abiodun
According to them, the new administration in the state is already walking its talk, with the palliative measures on roads in the state.
Some drivers and residents of Kere, Ayedere, Ashipa and Obada who spoke with OGBC after roads in the area were fixed, informed that the measure will help to alleviate the traffic logjam and time usually wasted while plying the road.
Motorist gave kudos to the government for the palliative measures, Rasheed Badmus, Olusegun Adetona, Ayinde Omowunmi and Shukurat Babajide said that the step will go a long way in putting on hold, the sufferings being experienced by commuters on the road.
Some residents of Kere and Itori in Ewekoro Local Government, however, pleaded with the government to find a permanent solution to the roads.
