Super Eagles Must Reenact Fear Factor Mentality To Land 4th African Title – Emmanuel Ndubuisi Egbo

  1. Albania based Nigerian Football coach Ndubuisi Emmanuel Egbo wants the fear factor in the Super Eagles to return adding that it was one of the reasons Nigeria excelled in the past.

Coach Egbo in an interview with Nigeria Sports Mouthpiece NSM Rebranded today said National teams across Africa and some part of the World go into every game against the Super Eagles with fear.

When quizzed about what the Nigerian National Team needs to do to win their fourth African title, the ex International talked about fear factor

“Back then, you can’t mention just one best player in the team, everyone was good, we had Kanu Nwankwo, Jay Jay Okocha, Finidi George, Celestine Babayaro, Tijani Babangida, Victor Ikpeba and a host of other top players that scares the opponent. Back then when a team is playing against the Super Eagles they feel like they are already a goal or two goals down because of the big names in the team, opponents go into the game afraid but football Nations have improved and they have players abroad”.

The Albania based coach believes that if the Super Eagles gets back the consistent winning mentality and fear factor, the glory days will return in no distant time.

Coach Ndubuisi Emmanuel Egbo recently became the first Nigerian coach to win a European title after winning the Albania League title with Tirana
