The Ogun State Government will continue to put up necessary machineries to ensure that the people’s health is guaranteed.
This is partly being done through intensive public awareness on health living and prevention of outbreak of diseases.
The commissioner for health, Dr Tomi Coker who made this known this Monday while featuring on OGBC’s Morning Flight said that all hands must be on deck to stop the indiscriminate dumping of refuse as well as end open defecation.
Reiterating that cleanliness is next to Godliness. The commissioner said that the Government will be on top of it in case of outbreak of Corona virus pointing out that health workers have already been equipped to embark on public awareness especially in order areas on the danger of the disease.
Dr Coker who also said that the government will continue to put the health needs of its people on the priority list and assured that the state is free of Corona and Ebola viruses.
